278 – Feeding the Fire

I found a copy of Flatland in a used bookstore recently. There’s an entire chapter (which makes sense given the time it was written) that, upon reading, all I could picture was Lyta being very, very upset.

I like the very abrupt transition from “on fire” to “not on fire” 😀

  2. Laura says:

Flatland is a satire on Victorian life. Can’t take these things too literally Lyta!

  3. Dragonson says:

Heh, don’t tease the feminist. ^^
Or as we say in denmark:
    “SÃ¥ falder der brænde ned!”

  4. Souvraya says:

“Flatland” (or is it “Flat land”?) is a bit disturbing, as Flatland is the name of a former Norwegian game show host. :p
    *is totally confused*
