   Um wouldent the hat be flat since its on the edge and falling straight down? There would have to be something in the hat to make it look like someone was wearing it. Or a clear plastic stick to put the hat out some distance. say 6-7 inches. I could be horribly wrong but Im gonna attempt it now and see how it goes.

   I remember the joker saying some things about jokes that have to be explained, perhaps the wire was too subtle though I wouldn’t have thought anyone would miss it
